Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Tradnexa collects, why, and the choices you have. Tradnexa is operated by Velqora Technologies (India), which is responsible for your data (the Data Fiduciary). We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where it applies, the GDPR.

What we collect

• Account data: email address, display name and, if you use Google sign-in, your Google profile name and email.
• Your settings: watchlists, chart layouts, drawings, alerts and preferences.
• Exchange connections (when available): API key and secret, stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) on a separate server. Secrets are never shown again or sent back to your browser.
• Trading records (when available): an audit log of order requests and exchange responses made through Tradnexa.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and error logs, used for security and to fix problems.
• Payments (when available): handled by Razorpay or Stripe. We do not store your card details.

How we use it

• To provide the Service and keep your settings in sync across devices.
• To secure accounts (including two-factor authentication) and prevent abuse.
• To send important service emails, and alerts you set up.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your exchange keys for anything other than actions you request.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the Service, such as Supabase (login and database), Vercel (website hosting), our trading server host, and email/payment providers. They process data only on our instructions.

Retention

We keep data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw consent, by emailing support@tradnexa.in.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in, and local storage to remember preferences such as theme and chart settings.

Children

The Service is not for people under 18.
