Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Tradnexa (tradnexa.in) and its mobile apps (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Velqora Technologies, a sole proprietorship based in India ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Tradnexa provides market charts, technical analysis tools, watchlists, alerts and (when available) tools to send orders to exchange or broker accounts that you own. Tradnexa is not a broker, exchange, bank, investment adviser or portfolio manager.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details and any second-factor (2FA) device secure.
• You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Exchange connections and API keys

• You may connect only accounts that you own, using API keys with trading permission only. Keys with withdrawal permission are refused.
• Orders you place through the Service are sent to your exchange in your name, and you are fully responsible for them.
• You must follow your exchange's terms, including any country restrictions.
• Tradnexa never holds your funds and cannot withdraw or transfer assets from your accounts.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, overload, reverse-engineer or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Do not copy, scrape, redistribute or resell market data or signals from the Service. Stock exchange data (such as NSE and BSE prices) is licensed for viewing on Tradnexa only.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation.

6. Paid plans

Paid plans (Edge, Pro, Elite, Apex) are prepaid for one month or one year and are listed on the pricing page. Prices are in Indian rupees. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Plans never renew automatically: when the paid time ends, your account moves to the free Starter plan and your saved data is kept. Upgrading starts the new plan at once and credits the unused value of the current plan; a smaller plan starts when the current one ends. Refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties such as exchanges, data providers, hosting and payment providers. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or actions. Charts are powered by TradingView Lightweight Charts™.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Tradnexa is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, data errors, delays, outages or any indirect or consequential damages.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction.
